Time Turner known for his David Tennant-esque looks and therefore fandubbed Doctor Whooves, wearing 3-D Glasses. A thing Tennant's character the tenth Doctor did. With it, he could see Timey Wimey Void-stuff.
Another funny thing is the Pony he is walking with. Roseluck wich is a refference to The Tenth Doctor's Love interest: Rose Tyler.
A Genius mix of mini-refferences compiled into one: The Tenth Doctor.
The one thing i do not like about this is that it goed into conflict with the Doctor Whooves - Derpy Hooves Ship. Even though that was a fan-based ship like almost every other.
